Medical Relief for Ukraine (MR4U) operates under the Fiscal Sponsorship of Perfect Ten Afterschool, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions to MR4U are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law when made to Perfect Ten Afterschool, Inc., with MR4U noted in your check memo or in our Venmo account. You will receive an acknowledgment from Perfect Ten. Checks may be mailed to Medical Relief for Ukraine, 59 Partition St, Hudson NY 12534.
